care at Bowmont Medical Clinic under the supervision of

Medical. This service is not covered by Alberta Health Care. Click

UKOOA
Guidelines include complete physical examination, comprehensive
history, visual acuity, visual colour, audiometry, urinalysis
and if necessary ECG and spirometry. These are all available
on site at Bowmont Travel Clinic. |

Bowmont
Medical Clinic is participating in a regional health project
.
This
project is centered within family physician practices. It aims
to prevent end stage renal disease through a collaborative and
multidisciplinary approach directed at enhancing individual and
family capacity to effectively manage living with diabetes, hypertension
and dyslipidemia. It involves 60-70 family physicians across
Southern Alberta, Registered Nurse / Registered Dietician teams,
Endocrinologists, Nephrologists, Social Workers, Psychologists
ad Exercise therapists.
